post 15. Denis Gagnon at Montreal Fashion Week

So if you've been following remotely Montreal's fashion scene, you'll have obviously already noticed all the coverage the media is giving Denis Gagnon.

And, as part of the Montreal Fashion Week (which ended yesterday), Fashion Television hosted a conference in tribute to Denis Gagnon's 10 years of work.

It was also a great way to announce Denis Gagnon's exhibition which will take place in Musee des Beaux-Arts de Montreal starting October 19th (I can't wait!!!). He also collaborated with Bedo for their fall collection. It was a little too dark and sombre for me, but his personal work is truly one of my ultimate favorites. For those who don't know about Denis Gagnon, he truly is an artist in the world of Fashion. I find designers like him are the ones who make Fashion part of the Art world.

Attendees of the conference consisted of Nico from So You Think You Can Dance Canada (Season1), Marie St-Pierre, Francois Bousquet (Director of the Fashion School of Lasalle College), Robyn from Fashionista 514 (montreal blogger and Montreal Fashion Week's official blogger), and much more influential people from the Fashion Scene in Montreal.
